Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
  • Manage scheduling and oversee staff assignments to maintain productivity
  • Support sales efforts by collaborating with the team to achieve goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and records
  • Assist in onboarding and training new employees


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic proficiency in scheduling and team oversight
  • Sales experience in any industry (preferred)
  • Insurance experience (a strong advantage)
