Are you driven by the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and complex projects around the world and to learn from the best? We are.

Diversity is at the core of everything we do. We work together to create a culture based on respect, trust, and inclusiveness. Our differences are what fuel our creativity.

What will you do?

In this position, you will join our Built Environment business, playing an integral role in a team of highly skilled specialists that bring ideas to life for our clients across various infrastructure projects—from rural access roads to complex freeways, toll roads, system interchanges, and water security.

We know our work is vital in supporting global economic development, and it’s the technical expertise and knowledge of our people that set us apart. Here are the key responsibilities:

  • Oversee general office operations, including facilities management, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
  • Serve as the main contact for internal staff and external vendors related to office services.
  • Collaborate with management to provide necessary support.
  • Manage office budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Supervise administrative staff (if applicable) and ensure high productivity and service quality.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures in line with company standards.
  • Organize and support company meetings, staff events, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate with other managers across the global company within project teams.
  • Assist the Project Manager with legal document review.
  • Coordinate between legal department, Project Manager, and client, updating contract statuses.
  • Synthesize, summarize, and analyze complex information, including data analysis, to present key insights.

Support the company secretary with legislative requirements.

We believe that today’s complex challenges require diverse teams from across our business, providing opportunities to apply your skills and creativity to projects in various regions and markets.

What can you bring to the team?

You should share our passion for re-imagining engineering and actively pursue continuous learning to help shape the future. A relevant technical qualification is required, and chartered status is preferable.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Law, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of proven experience in office management, administration, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (TOEIC score of 700-750).
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
  • Experience managing vendors, office budgets, and administrative teams is a plus.

Our Aurecon Attributes describe the qualities we seek in our team members. While you may not have all eight, we value diverse experiences and the ability to work collaboratively to bring ideas to life. Does that sound like you?
