Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and operational support for the corporate office.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential company and employee files and records.
  • Assist Directors and senior management with administrative tasks, projects, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, including required documentation, E-Verify, and background checks.
  • Assist with employee training, attendance tracking, scheduling, and maintenance of training records.
  • Prepare reports, scorecards, and spreadsheets using Excel and company systems.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reporting for senior management, including data analysis and key results.
  • Respond to internal and external phone calls, emails, and requests for administrative support.
  • Help ensure required company and employee compliance documentation remains accurate and current.
  • Build effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients, and other business partners.
  • Identify and help implement improvements to administrative processes and office efficiency.
  • Participate in special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

This is a full-time, on‑site position, Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
