properties. We specialize in working with owners of historic and pre-World War II buildings

throughout Wisconsin, helping them restore and maintain their homes’ architectural charm and

original beauty. We use only the highest quality materials and craftsmanship, with a keen focus on preserving the unique features of historic homes.

About the Role:

The Office Manager is a key player in keeping our daily operations running smoothly, with a focus on accuracy, organization, and dependable follow-through. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in structured environments, takes ownership of processes, and enjoys building systems others can rely on. Your contributions will bring clarity, consistency, and efficiency to a fast-paced workplace.

Success in this role requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to shift priorities while keeping track of ongoing tasks. You’ll oversee HR administration and collaborate with our external accounting firm on bookkeeping. Proficiency with digital tools is essential for managing and reporting on frequently changing data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve administrative and operational systems that support the field and leadership teams.
  • Organize and track project costs, budgets, billing, and reporting in collaboration with accounting.
  • Ensure all subcontractor paperwork, certificates, and compliance documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain internal schedules and calendars for key construction milestones, meetings, and deadlines.
  • Prepare and manage EOS Scorecards, Rocks, and To-Dos, supporting weekly Level 10 Meetings.
  • Coordinate clear, documented communication between office, field staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Monitor internal workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain company records and ensure all files are well-organized and consistently updated.

Preferred Experience:

  • 3+ years in an office management or administrative operations role, preferably in construction or a related field.
  • Familiarity with financial tracking tools and basic bookkeeping processes (QuickBooks knowledge a plus).
  • Experience with Google Workspace and project management platforms (Buildertrend)
  • Understanding or interest in working within the EOS (Traction) framework.
