Clarvida is seeking an Office Manager to serve as the front line for visitors and calls, ensuring smooth office operations and professional client interactions. You will coordinate communications, schedules, and clerical tasks while maintaining an organized environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of administrative, clerical, or office management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, consumers, and incoming communications
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and relay information to appropriate staff members
  • Coordinate office communications and support efficient information flow throughout the agency
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
  • Assist staff with clerical duties and administrative support tasks
  • Maintain office organization, supplies, and general administrative functions
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and office documentation
  • Support day-to-day office operations to ensure a professional and efficient work environment

  • Extensive office management experience may be considered in lieu of higher education
