Full Job Description

As an Office Manager for Huntington Learning Center, your focus is to provide excellent customer service that leads to all students in your center having an exceptional experience each day. In this role you will enhance your management skills and gain experience in many facets of EDUCATION and BUSINESS.

Everyone wears many hats and gets exposed to a variety of challenges. Responsibilities are multi-faceted and include operations, education, and business.

The Responsibilities Will Include (but Are Not Limited To)

  • Center Operations and Office Administration.
  • Student Onboarding and Education.

Center Operations And Office Administration

  • The goal is to make ensure flow of daily operations.
  • The goal is to ensure operational excellency.
  • Managing center day to day operations.
  • Scheduling - students and teachers.
  • Tracking teachers hours for payroll.
  • Teacher and staff meetings.
  • Attend all center-related meetings and training.
  • Perform additional projects assigned.
  • Conduct initial inquiries.
  • Payment reminders and payment collection.
  • Monthly statement generation and invoicing.
  • Filing, reordering supplies and daily office maintenance.
  • Additional projects as assigned.

Student Administration

  • The goal is to ensure that every student can learn and succeed.
  • Conducting initial student evaluations and working with new students.
  • Grading and entering results in the system.
  • Preparing reports for conferencing.
  • Scheduling parent conferences and the enrollment.
  • Conducting student progress meetings.
  • Interacting with parents regarding program, scheduling, and tuition concerns.
  • Working with students in an instructional capacity as needed.
