Job Description: Office Manager

We are seeking a top-notch Office Manager. This position requires a professional with a positive attitude and excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills.

Objective

To coordinate administrative duties and office procedures, creating a positive work environment while maintaining high levels of organization, communication, and safety. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations while also supporting the Accounting and HR departments. This role ensures smooth office functioning and supports both operational efficiency and team collaboration.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with office machines and text scheduling tools (e.g., Textedly).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with QuickBooks (Desktop or Online).
  • Strong understanding of AP/AR, bookkeeping, job costing, and reconciliations.
  • High school diploma required; additional administrative training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or bookkeeping role is preferred.
