Position Overview:

Based in Los Angeles County, this role provides complex administrative support, prepares reports, administers projects, and may serve as a liaison and leader for volunteers. Compliance with applicable regulations is required.

Location: Must reside in Los Angeles County near a chapter, with travel across chapters in Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex administrative duties, prepare reports, and develop presentations.
  • Manage written materials and support functional areas with reports and data.
  • Administer projects, compile results, and possibly lead or participate in cross-functional teams.
  • Supervise clerical/administrative staff as needed.

Salary Range: $28.00/hr. - $31.85/hr. (CA), aligned with geographic location and experience.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and typing skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and travel as required.

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, handle, talk, reach, stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds. Visual acuity required.

  • Critical thinking, initiative management, proactive attitude, self-starting.
