Job Purpose

To use your unique talents, experience, skills, education, and enthusiasm to contribute to the Operations team, recognizing that your contribution is essential to the vision of Ring Container Technologies.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Employee Services: Manage candidate assessments, background checks, E-verify, maintain employee files in Workday, conduct onboarding, and handle drug testing.
  2. Recruitment: Source talent through community relationships, attend career fairs, manage job postings, and oversee candidate onboarding.
  3. Payroll Records: Submit time cards, manage attendance and hours, coordinate with temp agencies, and oversee temporary labor onboarding.
  4. Worker’s Compensation: Manage injury reports, file claims, communicate with employees, and coordinate medical evaluations.
  5. Benefits: Administer enrollments, liaise with employees, and promote wellness programs.
  6. Employee Training & Systems Support: Coordinate training, support ERP and EAM systems, and maintain records.
  7. Reception & Administrative Support: Greet visitors, handle calls, maintain supplies, coordinate plant programs, and support management communications.
  8. Safety & Food Safety: Support safety initiatives, maintain safety documentation, coordinate safety training, and assist with OSHA activities.
  9. Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the plant manager.
Qualifications

2-3 years of administrative experience, associates degree preferred, proficiency in ERP, EAM, MS Office, PowerPoint, and NWA Quality Analyst. Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a professional attitude are essential.
