Office Manager – Driving Operational Excellence Behind the Scenes
As the Office Manager, you’ll be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with precision. From streamlining office procedures and coordinating resources to managing financial processes like accounting, invoicing, and fiscal reporting—you’ll create order in a fast-paced environment.
This dynamic role also touches key support functions such as payroll, HR, purchasing, compliance, credentialing, and patient admissions. Whether it's aligning administrative processes or facilitating team collaboration, your work directly impacts the overall success and service quality of the organization.
Office Operations Management: Assist with day-to-day office operations, including purchasing, tracking inventory, drafting reports, managing data collection systems, and coordinating shared schedules.
Leadership and Liaison Support: Act as a liaison between the leadership team, corporate office, and external agencies to facilitate communication and ensure seamless operations.
Payroll and Financial Oversight: Manage the weekly payroll process, including adjustments and confidential distribution, and oversee petty cash audits and reconciliations.
Event Coordination: Coordinate office meetings, team member celebrations, and recognition events to promote a positive workplace culture.
Project Management: Work independently to lead and execute clinical or administrative projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
