Responsibilities:

As the Office Manager atDigestive Disease Care for All, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of a busy, patient-centered gastroenterology practice. This position is ideal for someone who ishighly organized, dependable, and committed to creating a positive experience for both patients and staff. You will serve not only as the administrative leader but also as a cornerstone of consistency and professionalism in the office.

Key Responsibilities Include:

•Supervise front desk staff, medical assistants, and administrative personnel

•Manage daily scheduling, provider coordination, and patient flow

•Oversee office and medical supply inventory and purchasing

•Ensure a welcoming and respectful environment for all patients

•Address and resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy

•Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards

•Operational Excellence

•Oversee documentation, insurance verification, and billing coordination

•Work closely with billing/coding teams to support timely reimbursements

•Manage EHR systems and assist with staff onboarding and training

•Promote a collaborative, solutions-oriented work environment

•Set an example in accountability, punctuality, and professionalism

•Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff development

•Liaise with physicians and leadership to implement operational improvements

•Stay informed of healthcare compliance updates and best practices

•Communicate effectively with vendors, external partners, and internal teams

Qualifications:

•Previous experience in a managerial role is required— preferably in amedical officesetting
