As an Office Manager, you are instrumental in ensuring the efficiency of operations throughout the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they expect at Avantara Lake Zurich by overseeing the operations and personnel of the front desk and lobby area, providing office/clerical support, greeting and monitoring all guests, directing calls and guests appropriately, overseeing mail delivery, and managing incoming mail.

To be eligible, applicants should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of experience in a customer service role.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Prior experience in hospitality is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
