  • Daily Schedule Reconciliations
  • Daily Bank Reconciliations
  • Timely Submission of Sales Tax, State, County, and Local
  • Fixed Asset Reconciliation
  • Balancing accrued liability accounts
  • Expense Analysis
  • DMS Setups, User Security, New Models, and Accounts
  • Coverage of administrative staff, if necessary
  • Adhering to Office Values

Qualifications

  • Previous Biller, Payables, & License and Title experience preferred
  • Automotive experience required
  • Willingness to take initiative
  • Quality writing and grammar skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
