Position Overview:
The Office Manager oversees daily administrative and operational functions to ensure smooth and efficient support across the site. This role manages purchasing and vendor relationships, assists with payroll processing, coordinates employee engagement activities, and supports audit and compliance efforts. Additionally, the Office Manager maintains organized records for Operations and HR, enforces safety and quality standards, and serves as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to foster a productive and positive work environment.

Work Schedule: 1st Shift
Travel Specifics: 10%
Competitive Total Rewards: C ompetitive salary of $68,000-$80,000 , plus bonus , along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, sick time, and company holidays. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations efficiently and accurately.
Manage purchase orders, vendor setup, invoice tracking, and ensure timely billing and reporting.
Handle ordering of office and operational supplies, maintaining availability and cost control.
Serve as the main point of contact for vendor communication and maintain updated directories.
Provide support for payroll processing by gathering, verifying, and submitting employee data.
Coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in alignment with company values.
Assist with CID audits by organizing required documentation and supporting audit procedures.
Maintain organized filing systems for Operations and HR; provide support to leadership as needed.
Plan and coordinate associate events and engagement initiatives to promote team culture.
Uphold and promote compliance with company safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Qualifications• Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience in a logistics or distribution environment.
• 3+ years pf experience of billing and accounts payable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including understanding and creating pivot tables, and formulas.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience working with ReqLogic is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work alone as well in a team environment.
• Must be able to come in early or stay late as needed.
