Job Overview:
Life Genie LLC is seeking an experienced, well-organized, and detail-oriented Operations Office Manager to oversee the operational, administrative, and customer-facing aspects of our office. This full-time, in-person role requires a leader with a strong background in office management, team coordination, and property maintenance operations. You'll play a vital part in our day-to-day functions-from supporting the field teams to coordinating sales, managing schedules, and enhancing client satisfaction.

Our services include lawn maintenance, landscaping, handyman work, deck and patio builds, basement renovations, epoxy coatings, and snow removal. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain key business policies and procedures, including contracts, safety documentation, and operational workflows.
  • Manage client communications across all platforms (phone, email, social media) and resolve inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Execute marketing strategies via social media (Facebook, TikTok), print, video, and other creative outlets to promote Life Genie services.
  • Assist management with team scheduling, service routing, and overall workflow coordination.
  • Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies, quotes, and pricing proposals.
  • Oversee office inventory and supplies, maintaining a well-organized and functional office environment.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Business Manager, or similar administrative leadership role.
  • Proficiency in office software and systems including QuickBooks, cloud-based service platforms (e.g., Jobber, Service Fusion, Service Titan).
  • Strong time management, calendar management, and team coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Experience with scheduling, payroll, vehicle tracking, and time tracking is a strong plus.
