Allcare Homecare LLC is seeking an organized and dependable SalariedOffice Manager to oversee daily office operations while supporting our homecare and Supported Living Services (SLS) program.
This position combines program oversight, employee supervision, client support, and office administration.
Oversee assigned SLS homecare cases.
Ensure services are provided according to schedules, care plans, IPPs, and company policies.
Maintain communication with persons served, families, Regional Center representatives, and staff.
Conduct client visits, case reviews, and quality assurance follow-ups.
Review staff notes, ADLs, care plans, and required documentation.
Assist with client intakes, assessments, and service start-ups.
Complete and follow up on incidents and Serious Incident Reports (SIRs) as needed.
Supervise employees and address attendance, performance, and service concerns.
Conduct employee coaching and performance follow-ups.
Oversee daily office organization and administrative workflow.
Maintain employee and client records and track missing documentation.
Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, trainings, and deadlines.
Maintain company keys, phones, office supplies, and other assigned equipment.
Support the Director of Operations and Program Director with daily operational needs.
Previous experience in management, homecare, developmental disabilities, SLS/ILS, behavioral services, or a related field preferred.
Office management or administrative experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients, employees, and deadlines.
Comfortable working with families, employees, Regional Centers, and management.
Strong computer and documentation skills.
Dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for field visits.
Full-Time – Monday through Friday
Flexibility may be required for client visits, meetings, operational needs, and emergency coverage.
