About the Practice
We are a well-established, patient-focused ophthalmology practice in Irvine, CA, dedicated to providing exceptional eye care in a warm and professional environment. We are seeking an experienced and personable Office Manager to lead our administrative team and ensure smooth, efficient daily operations.
The Office Manager will oversee all non-clinical aspects of the practice, including office operations, staff supervision, billing, EHR management, MIPS compliance, and human resources functions. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent people skills, and healthcare administration experience.

Minimum 3 years of progressive office management experience (healthcare or medical office strongly preferred)
Proven experience with EHR systems (experience with ophthalmology-specific platforms a plus)
Strong billing and collections knowledge, including insurance and patient accounts
Direct experience with MIPS reporting and quality metrics
Solid HR background including hiring, staff development, and employee management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine ability to work well with people (patients, physicians, and staff)
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer systems
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or healthcare administration certification preferred
