Job Title: Office Manager

PLI Systems Inc. is an industry leader in soil stabilization, specializing in challenging stabilization problems across the country. We are hiring an Office Manager to join our team. Our services include: Soil Stabilization, Landslide Repair, Shoring, Retaining Walls, Dock and Boat House Piles, Shotcrete, Cellular Concrete and Lightweight fills, Geotechnical explorations, Limited access work, Grouting, Micropiles, Underpinning, Seismic upgrades, Elevator shaft drilling, Drainage services, and other unique construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and submit building permit applications for projects within Portland and other municipalities, ensuring timely processing.
  • Oversee IT support, including network systems, PCs, software applications, and VOIP phone systems.
  • Manage logistics for domestic transportation and international import/export of equipment and materials.
  • Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
  • Organize and facilitate weekly internal meetings to coordinate sales activities and customer schedules.
  • Monitor and ensure employee certifications are current and properly documented.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate artificial intelligence solutions into company processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Establish new marketing channels for different business units of PLI.
