  • Assist with bookkeeping functions, invoice processing, expense tracking, and record maintenance.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate family and business-related events, meetings, and special projects.
  • Monitor office budgets and assist with administrative reporting.
  • Support additional administrative and operational needs as they arise.

We are i seeking a highly professional, organized, and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and provide administrative support in a fast-paced, confidential environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and serving as a trusted resource for office administration, vendor coordination, scheduling, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is polished, resourceful, and dependable, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
