Ncyber (“en-cyber”) is a data-driven tech company based in Columbia, MD that works closely with customers to deliver a unique array of products. We are a cross-functional team drawing from various backgrounds in the commercial industry, the Department of Defense, and the national security arena. Each member of our staff is committed to solving unique technical challenges that threaten security measures.
Our core focus spans across System Design and Engineering, Software Development, Secure Communications Solutions, Data Science and Analytics. We are an R&D-focused company that proactively develops novel approaches to stay abreast of technologies and expand our knowledge base.
Due to government requirement,you must be able to apply for and maintain a US government security clearance. Therefore,
only US Citizens will be considered for this role.
- Driving Workflows Create, plan and develop routines and processes for the workflows you have, and contribute to team workflow
organization. You are passionate about organization and accuracy, with an aptitude for problem solving.
- Supply and Vendor Management Maintain continuous dialogue with suppliers and vendors, including propertymanagement. You
control ordering for supplies, equipment, weekly lunches, and receipt reconciliation.
- Facility Appearance You have eye for detail when it comes to the office appearance, and are able to troubleshoot a coffee machine.
Being creative and hands on is necessary to keep the office space looking sharp and well stocked.
- Communication You are the daily connector for in-house office updates and manage the company calendar. You handle feedback
from colleagues, make suggestions, update documentation for company policies and workflows.
- Office Health The well-being of the people at the workplace is core of your responsibility. Being creative to enhance that well-being is
highly appreciated. This could be anything from small to big changes to our office environment.
- Projects This is the central role in our company that wears many hats. You are the first face to greet new hires, and will own the
coordination of onboarding, recruiting, team events.
- Working on-site at the office is required for this role
- 3+ years of experience working in office management is desired
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office Suite
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills, motivated to create company documentation
- Ability to coordinate multiple schedules
- Experience using Atlassian and MAC OS is a plus
- We appreciate relevant prior experience working in a small company with IT
