Right at Home Boston Northwest & Cape Cod is seeking an experienced Office Manager for our Hyannis office. You will oversee daily operations, recruit caregivers, support scheduling and client service, and build relationships with clients and community partners.
The role offers a base salary of $65,000–$80,000 depending on experience, plus an incentive program and comprehensive benefits. Travel within Cape Cod is expected as the office grows.

Own local coordination with support from experienced recruiting, scheduling, care management, nursing, and leadership teams.

Help manage daily Hyannis office operations and provide responsive support to clients and caregivers.
Recruit caregivers through job boards, outreach, referrals, and community relationships; coordinate screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation.
Support caregiver scheduling and client-caregiver matching, resolve time-sensitive changes, and promote reliable coverage and continuity of care.
Support prospective-client inquiries, intake, onboarding, and care-start coordination as needed.
Build trusted relationships with clients, families, caregivers, referral partners, and community organizations throughout Cape Cod.
Track hiring, staffing, client activity, service quality, and other key indicators; turn growth goals into practical action.
Partner with established operations, care management, and nursing teams to solve problems, improve processes, and support consistent, compliant operations.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; three or more years in home care, healthcare, staffing, office operations, client services, or a related field.
Experience with caregiver recruitment, scheduling, client service, sales, business development, or team coordination; home-care experience strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, organization, judgment, follow-through, and relationship-building skills.
A self-directed, collaborative professional with a service and growth mindset who takes initiative and adapts as the office grows.
Computer proficiency; valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel throughout Cape Cod.
