Right at Home Southern Nevada is seeking an Office Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment. You will manage recruiting, onboarding, retention, and administrative tasks to support the caregiving team and leadership.
You’ll handle multiple pipelines, ensure precise onboarding, recognize top caregivers, and leverage tech tools to streamline daily operations. This role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and accountability.
Are you the type of person who thrives when no two days look the same - someone who gets energized, not overwhelmed, by a constantly shifting to-do list? Are you wired to move fast and get it right, without having to choose between speed and accuracy? Do you have a built-in sense of urgency - you don't wait to be told twice and you don't let things sit? Are you the kind of person who loves juggling recruiting, onboarding, retention, and admin all before lunch - and considers that a great day? Do you hold yourself to a high standard, sweat the details that matter, and take real pride in doing things right?
If you answered yes, we want to meet you. This is not a quiet desk job - it’s a high-urgency, high-impact role where your pace and precision directly affect the quality of care we deliver to older adults and veterans.
You own the caregiver lifecycle — recruiting, onboarding, retention, and recognition — while supporting our leadership team administratively. Because you naturally operate with urgency and thrive on variety, you’ll keep multiple recruiting pipelines moving simultaneously without losing momentum. Because you hold yourself to a high standard and take precision seriously, caregivers will be onboarded correctly and completely every time — no steps skipped, no details missed. And because switching gears is where you do your best work, the constant pivot between people, process, and systems won’t drain you — it will fuel you.
