Position Summary u00A0 u00A0 Responsible for providing administrative support to the Plant Manager. Manage all daily, weekly and monthly administrative support and general accounting functions and operational financial analyses. u00A0
Responsibilities- Perform duties related to the following:u00A0 computerized records maintenance, office management, accounts payable/receivable, cash reconciliations, truck scale sales/shipping documentation, general ledger, production, finished goods/parts/supplies inventories, purchasing, and preparation of government and other regulatory reports as required.
- Assist in preparation of any reports and statistics reflecting earnings, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and other financial and variance results analyses.u00A0 Implement and maintain administrative procedures and internal controls in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with monthly forecast and month end close for each quarry
- Assist shop admin with data entry and enter/reconcile receipts
- Clear the AP invoices on hold
- Prepare monthly GL reconciliations
- Help maintain SOX compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned
