Job Summary And Responsibilities As our Office Assistant, you will be an integral contributor to our operational success, providing comprehensive support to leadership and ensuring an environment of efficiency and high-quality service.

Every day, you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office, managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day to day operations of clinic functions.
  • Assist in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues.
  • Efficiently direct patient flow throughout the clinic.
  • Coordinate general front office activities including but not limited to; registration, TOS collections, verification of benefits, appointment scheduling, daily billing, daily reconciliations, and other related duties.
  • Assist the manager to ensure appropriate staffing coverage at all times.
  • Assist the manager with new hire or reoccurring training processes.
