CHI Health Clinic is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to optimize clinic operations and patient care delivery. You will lead a team to drive efficiency, enhance patient satisfaction, and ensure compliant resource allocation within a leading healthcare system.

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate with 3+ years of clinic/physician office experience.
  • Technical training in coding or medical assistance is a plus; CPR/BLS certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic activities, providing supervision, direction, and support to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
  • Manage staff, conduct performance evaluations, and allocate staffing to meet patient and departmental needs.
  • Collaborate with clinic management and medical staff to enforce protocols, investigate complaints, and monitor payroll and budget compliance.
  • Ensure charging/reimbursement accuracy and maintenance of staff licensure.

Every day you will oversee daily clinic activities, providing supervision, direction, and support to ensure adherence to established policies and standards. Your responsibilities will include staff management, performance evaluations, and the allocation of staffing to meet patient and departmental needs. You’ll work closely with clinic management and medical staff to enforce protocols, investigate complaints, and monitor payroll and budget compliance. Your leadership will ensure charging/reimbursement accuracy and the maintenance of staff licensure, ultimately contributing to a positive and productive clinic environment for patients and staff alike.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for 3+ years of related experience in a clinic or physician’s office setting, or specialized technical training in coding or medical assistance. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, an ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. We are looking for a proactive leader who can effectively problem‑solve, manage conflict, and champion a culture of continuous improvement, upholding the highest ethical standards in a complex and evolving healthcare landscape.
