Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Office Manager to run a 100% onsite operation in Murfreesboro, TN. This role combines admin oversight with inside sales leadership, including follow-up on leads and matching customers with products. Salary ranges from $59,500 to $60,000; hours are 8 AM–5 PM with a first shift.

Expect to supervise a team, coordinate contracts, and ensure accuracy across payroll, hiring, onboarding and training. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in office management or related roles.
• Experience in inside sales and lead follow-up is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to manage staff, coordinate contracts, and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Staff management including hiring, coaching, and training of customer care/inside sales teams.
• Direct contract administration and project coordination from design to completion for sales teams.
• Review contracts, payments, tax documents, and supporting records for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage order entry, installation scheduling, and customer communications to meet timelines.
• Support sales reps and dealers by resolving contractual, pricing, project, and service issues.
• Oversee payroll, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management for office staff.
• Assist with implementing software systems and process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Serve as key operations resource for staff, sales teams, dealers, and customers; triage HR.
