You will handle front-of-house hospitality, meeting support, facility upkeep, inventory replenishment, and collaboration with the Workplace Services team. This is a full-time role with benefits and a pay rate of $22.00 per hour. Strong organizational skills, independence, and a service-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or workplace services in a professional office environment.
• Experience delivering high-level customer service.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining performance.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and time management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Front-of-House Hospitality & Meeting Support: setup/breakdown, catering coordination, hospitality services, and keeping spaces organized and ready.
• Monitor meeting schedules and conference room activity using workplace technology.
• Facility Upkeep & Workplace Presentation: clean, maintain, and present conference rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and common areas.
• Inventory Replenishment & Supply Management: replenish supplies and assist with ordering and tracking.
• Team Support: collaborate with Workplace Services and assist with after-hours events as needed.
