Qualifications

• Experience in office management or administrative leadership within manufacturing is preferred.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, RAMP, payroll systems, and financial reporting.
• Experience with HR administration, benefits, and compliance.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, purchasing, and month-end activities.
• Process weekly payroll, onboarding and benefits, maintain employee records.
• Manage insurance programs, regulatory filings, vendor compliance, and facility-related administrative needs.
• Partner with leadership to improve processes, maintain accurate records, and keep day-to-day operations running efficiently.
