Job summary

firstPRO, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Controller in King of Prussia, PA. This senior role leads accounting, finance, and ERP strategy, reporting to the President/CEO and partnering with executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will drive manufacturing cost analysis, strengthen controls, improve reporting, and scale the financial infrastructure while managing a small accounting team and partnering with cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in manufacturing and cost accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience improving accounting processes and reporting infrastructure.
• Experience with ERP selection or implementation is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the company’s accounting information.
• Manage monthly close and ensure accurate reporting.
• Oversee GL, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, inventory and balance sheet.
• Lead ERP evaluation, requirements, and potential implementation.
• Partner with President/CEO and executive team on financial performance and risk.
