Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join the onsite account team. You will serve as the first line of response for employee questions, ensure space readiness, and deliver a high-touch, professional experience to employees and visitors.

You will build trusted relationships with end users and cross-functional colleagues, proactively address issues, educate users on equipment and processes, and report improvements to management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience in real estate services, travel/hospitality, retail, or customer service.
• College degree required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
