Ensure that all daily diaries and progress photos are uploaded to the EDMS/CMS within twenty-four (24) hours of creation.
Assist in preparing project status reports regarding the progress, schedule, and quality of the project work.

• Meeting and Communication Support:
Assist in scheduling, facilitating, and administering regular project meetings.
Prepare and promptly distribute minutes of project meetings, ensuring discussions on procedures, progress, and scheduling are accurately captured.
Facilitate the resolution of project issues by conducting research, interpreting contractual intent for recommendation, and providing the Project Management Team (PMT) with the positions of different parties.

• Technical and Site Support:

Store, display, and manage scale or full-size mock-ups, maintaining digital records of any mock-ups that are discarded.
Maintain an updated list and contact information for key individuals involved in the review and approval of architectural materials and installations.

• Claims and Change Management Support:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical), Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using construction management software (e.g., EDMS, CMS, Unifier, ProjectWise) for document control, RFI, and submittal management.
