You’ll serve as the main contact for customers and calls, support daily dispatch, manage accounts, and handle payments and records with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an office, administrative, customer service, or high-call-volume environment preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Positive, professional attitude and strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and incoming calls
• Coordinate and support daily dispatch operations
• Assist with account management and customer inquiries
• Handle cash, checks, deposits, and related financial transactions
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Assist with collections and account follow-up
• Enter payments and maintain accurate records
• Provide administrative support to the branch and service team
• Help ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally
