Office Coordinator for Branches Outpatient -Insurance Verification key responsibilities include but ot limited to: The timely processing of insurance verifications on new patients. Will coordinate and process admission verifications into the hospital patient accounting system. Responsible for coordination between business office and the Out-Patient department on all financial issues regarding admissions. Researches and resolves discrepancies in patient account set-up, charges, charges and admission and discharge issures. Greets patients and completes consents/paperwork in the admitting and discharging process. Answers all incoming calls, and returns missed calls daily. General office duties: build charts, make packets, filing and ordering supplies for the department.
