Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide data processing services across the facility. You will perform basic system maintenance, set up new computers, decommission old systems, and troubleshoot issues while collaborating with CFO/Corp IT to ensure security procedures are followed.
The role engages with staff from multiple departments and IT vendors, supporting a wide range of IT tasks and projects as needed in a healthcare environment.
The IT Support Technicician is responsible for providing data processing services to the facility at both locationsto include performing basic computer system maintenance, setting up new computers, getting computers that are out of commission ready for removal, troubleshooting computer systems problems, working with CFO/Corp IT to mandate security procedures are followed, and other IT-related tasks/projects as assigned by the CFO/Corp IT. Interacts with a wide variety of personnel in all departments of the company as well as IT vendors.
