WEIDEMAN PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY & ORTHODONTICS in Citrus Heights, CA is seeking an Office Coordinator for Orthodontics. The role is part-time with hours Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and Fridays 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with days varying based on the orthodontist's schedule.

The office values patient care, customer service and a supportive team environment. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of dental/orthodontic experience, excellent customer service, knowledge of CDT codes,

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a dental or orthodontic setting (orthodontic experience preferred).
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for working with kids.
• Understanding of CDT codes and dental procedures.
• Proficiency with electronic claims submission and insurance plans.

We are seeking a team member for the following position:

Position: Office Coordinator - Orthodontic

Schedule: Part-time/Monday-Thursday 8a.m.- 5p.m. and Friday's 7:00a.m.-3:30p.m. Days depends on Orthodontist and when they are working.

The ideal candidate will love working with people and have the following qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in a dental or orthodontic environment(orthodontic experience is strongly preferred)
• Great customer service skills and a passion for working with kids
• Understanding of clinical procedures and CDT codes
• Proficiency in dental insurance plans preferred
• Knowledge and experience with electronic claims submission
• Enthusiastic team skills, a great personality and a positive attitude
• Organized and Detail-oriented
• Dolphin management knowledge required
