Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC. is seeking an Office Coordinator to support daily office operations at our Houston onsite facility. You will maintain workspace readiness, manage supplies and equipment, and coordinate maintenance and vendor scheduling, while delivering excellent internal service.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive problem solving, and a professional, customer-focused mindset. 1–2 years in office coordination is preferred, with a path to grow within the operations team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and execution consistency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and internal customer service mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily office readiness including supplies, equipment, workspace organization, and shared space functionality.
  • Coordinate office maintenance requests, repairs, vendor scheduling and operational support activities.
  • Manage mail, shipping, deliveries, inventory and internal distribution processes.
  • Ensure conference rooms, kitchens and common areas stay organized and stocked.
  • Serve as primary contact for employee office-related support and workplace requests.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, workspace setup and access preparation.
  • Coordinate internal meeting logistics including room scheduling and materials prep.
  • Maintain organization of office records, inventories and shared resources.
  • Assist with internal reports, communications and operational materials as needed.
  • Track office-related expenses and assist with budget processes.
  • Execute established office policies and standards consistently.
  • Identify operational concerns or process gaps and escalate appropriately.
  • Support employee engagement activities and workplace operational initiatives.

Location Houston 100 onsite Department DEPADM The Opportunity Integra is seeking a highly organized and execution focused Office Coordinator to support day to day internal office operations and workplace functionality This role is responsible for ensuring the office environment runs efficiently reliably and without disruption for employees The Office Coordinator serves as a key operational support resource for internal workplace coordination administrative execution office organization and employee support This role partners closely with the Office Manager to execute established processes maintain workplace standards and support operational consistency across the office environment The ideal candidate is dependable detail oriented responsive and comfortable managing multiple operational responsibilities in a fast paced environment Success in this role requires strong organization execution consistency professionalism and a proactive internal service mindset This role is 100 onsite at our Houston facility

What you will do
  • Maintain daily office readiness including supplies equipment workspace organization and shared space functionality
  • Coordinate office maintenance requests repairs operational support activities and vendor scheduling as directed

  • Execute established office policies procedures and operational standards consistently
  • Identify operational concerns workplace issues or process gaps and escalation appropriately
  • Support employee engagement activities internal coordination efforts and workplace operational initiatives as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred 1 2 years of office administration office coordination or related operational support experience required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and execution consistency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and internal customer service mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Outlook Excel Teams Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Strong problem solving and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining operational consistency and responsiveness
  • Experience supporting workplace operations office coordination or administrative processes preferred
