Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a team of associates, and ensure accurate receipt, storage and shipment of goods in a manufacturing environment.

You will implement SOPs, manage schedules, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining safety compliance. The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in warehouse operations with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
  • Proficiency in safety and compliance regulations related to warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training.
  • Manage scheduling and timekeeping to ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage.
  • Oversee receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming goods ensuring accuracy.
  • Supervise order picking, packing and shipping processes for timely fulfillment.
  • Implement and enforce SOPs for all warehouse activities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and reconciliations.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory control to address discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Location Harrow Ontario Department DEPTEC The Opportunity The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient and accurate receipt storage and distribution of goods This role involves supervising a team of warehouse associates ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills extensive warehouse management experience and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced manufacturing environment

What you will do

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates including assigning tasks monitoring performance and providing training and developmentConduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives address concerns and promote a positive working environmentManage scheduling and timekeeping to ensure adequate staffing levels and coverageOversee the receipt inspection and storage of incoming goods ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standardsSupervise order picking packing and shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer ordersImplement and enforce standard operating procedures SOPs for all warehouse activitiesMaintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and reconciliationsMonitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory control to address any discrepancies or inventory related issuesManage the organization and labeling of warehouse inventory to optimize space and accessibilityIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivityAnalyze warehouse performance metrics and develop strategies to address any areas of concern or inefficiencyEnsure compliance with all safety regulations including proper handling and storage of hazardous materialsConduct regular safety audits and training to promote a safe working environment and reduce the risk of accidentsAddress and resolve any safety or compliance issues in a timely mannerMaintain accurate records of shipping receiving inventory and other warehouse activitiesPrepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance including key metrics issues and improvementsEnsure proper documentation for all inbound and outbound shipmentsCollaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to inventory orders or shipmentsAddress and resolve any customer or vendor concerns related to warehouse operations in a professional manner

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or relevant certifications preferredMinimum of 3 5 years of experience in warehouse operations with at least 1 2 years in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing environmentStrong leadership and team management abilitiesIn depth knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory controlExcellent organizational and problem solving skillsEffective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teamsProficiency in safety and compliance regulations related to warehouse operationsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsStanding walking and bending for extended periodsOperating warehouse equipment safely and effectively including forklifts and pallet jacks training may be provided
