Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC seeks an Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative and operational support to our senior leadership in the Plano, TX area. This on-site role focuses on optimizing executive effectiveness by managing priorities, protecting time, coordinating communications, and reducing day-to-day friction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of EA experience in fast-paced environments, strong judgment, exceptional communication, and the ability to anticipate

Qualifications

  • 5 years of executive assistant or high-level administrative support experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong judgment prioritization and decision making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of professionalism executive presence and discretion.
  • Advanced organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing complex calendars, executive travel, expense reporting and meeting coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars with strategic prioritization and proactive conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate complex meeting schedules and logistics across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations and executive meeting preparation documents.
  • Manage communication flow on behalf of executives including inbox triage, follow ups and prioritization of requests.
  • Arrange complex travel logistics including flights, hotels, transportation itineraries and contingency planning.
  • Prepare, manage and reconcile expense reports and executive related financial documentation.
  • Act as a primary point of contact and administrative gateway for assigned executives.
  • Support executive decision making through organization, preparation, research and operational coordination.
  • Coordinate cross functional meetings, projects and operational initiatives.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts, operational challenges and executive needs before escalation.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information and executive communications.
  • Support client interactions, executive readiness and high level meeting coordination.
  • Monitor priorities, deadlines and follow through to ensure operational alignment and execution.
  • Build strong working relationships across departments, leadership teams, clients and external partners.
  • Provide high touch professional support that enhances executive effectiveness and organizational efficiency.

Location DFW 100 onsite Department DEPTIOT The Opportunity Integra is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative and operational support to senior leadership This role is responsible for optimizing executive effectiveness by managing priorities protecting time coordinating communication flow and reducing day to day operational friction The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to leadership and must be able to operate with professionalism discretion sound judgment and a high level of ownership This role requires proactive thinking adaptability and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise in a fast paced high visibility environment The ideal candidate thrives in complex rapidly changing environments and is highly skilled in prioritization coordination executive communication and operational execution This individual must be able to independently manage competing priorities while ensuring leaders remain prepared organized and focused on high value business objectives This role will sit on site at our corporate office in the far North Dallas Plano area

What you will do

Required Qualifications
