The Opportunity

Integra is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Office Coordinator to support day-to-day internal office operations and workplace functionality. This role is responsible for ensuring the office environment runs efficiently, reliably, and without disruption for employees.

The Office Coordinator serves as a key operational support resource for internal workplace coordination, administrative execution, office organization, and employee support. This role partners closely with the Office Manager to execute established processes, maintain workplace standards, and support operational consistency across the office environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong organization, execution consistency, professionalism, and a proactive internal service mindset.

This role is 100% onsite at our Houston facility.

What you will do?
  • Maintain daily office readiness including supplies, equipment, workspace organization, and shared space functionality
  • Coordinate office maintenance requests, repairs, operational support activities, and vendor scheduling as directed
  • Manage mail, shipping, deliveries, inventory, and internal distribution processes
  • Ensure conference rooms, shared spaces, kitchens, and common areas remain organized, stocked, clean, and operational
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee office-related support needs and workplace requests
  • Support onboarding and offboarding logistics including workspace setup, materials coordination, and access preparation
  • Coordinate internal meeting logistics including room scheduling, basic setup, and materials preparation
  • Maintain organization across office records, inventories, documentation, and shared resources
  • Assist with preparation of internal reports, communications, presentations, and operational materials as needed
  • Track office-related expenses and support administrative budget processes
  • Execute established office policies, procedures, and operational standards consistently
  • Identify operational concerns, workplace issues, or process gaps and elevate appropriately
  • Support employee engagement activities, internal coordination efforts, and workplace operational initiatives as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of office administration, office coordination, or related operational support experience required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and execution consistency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and internal customer-service mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining operational consistency and responsiveness
  • Experience supporting workplace operations, office coordination, or administrative processes preferred
