Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC. in Houston or Dallas is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and execution of engineering and design activities on assigned projects.

You will drive scope, schedule, budget and quality outcomes while guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver accurate, coordinated and cost-effective engineering solutions. You will oversee development of drawings, models and technical documents from concept through final design and project

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or related field required.
  • 7+ years of experience in engineering design or project management roles.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams and reviewing complex technical documents.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering and design execution for assigned projects and ensure alignment with project goals, technical requirements and company standards.
  • Coordinate, mentor and provide direction to designers, engineers and design leads across multiple disciplines.
  • Oversee development of drawings, models and technical documents from concept through final design and project delivery.
  • Review design packages for accuracy, constructability, code compliance and quality, and drive resolution of open items.
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership, operations, internal stakeholders, external consultants and vendors to define scope, schedules and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks and change orders, resolve technical issues and guide decision making on design changes.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts and resource plans.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on design tools, standards, workflows and best practices.
  • Represent the project team in client meetings, presentations and project reviews.

The Opportunity

The Senior Engineering Project Manager leads the planning coordination and execution of engineering and design activities on assigned projects. This role drives scope schedule budget and quality outcomes while working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver accurate coordinated and cost effective engineering solutions.

What will you do

  • Strong communication leadership organizational and prioritization skills in a fast paced project environment
