This is a hands-on administrative position with a strong focus on caregiver recruitment, intake, onboarding, credentialing, and daily office operations.
Respond to caregiver applicants and recruitment inquiries.
Conduct initial caregiver interviews and intake calls.
Collect and review required caregiver documentation.
Assist with license and certification verification.
Coordinate background checks and required screening.
Follow up with applicants regarding missing or expired documents.
Coordinate caregiver onboarding and orientation.
Maintain accurate caregiver personnel and credentialing files.
Help maintain a strong pipeline of qualified caregivers.
Assist with caregiver placement and scheduling as needed.
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Answer phones and respond to emails professionally.
Communicate with caregivers, clients, families, and referral sources.
Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
Track important credential and document expiration dates.
Assist with scheduling and staffing coordination.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Assist the Administrator with special projects and day-to-day operational needs.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Maintain strict confidentiality of client and caregiver information.
