Hireology is seeking a Part-Time Office Coordinator to support the Chicago office. This role focuses on keeping the office organized, stocked, and welcoming, with responsibilities spanning office operations, kitchen/pantry management, food ordering, supplies, vendor coordination, and general admin support.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ year in office support, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and service-oriented Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This person will help create a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked workplace by managing office supplies, maintaining the kitchen and pantry, coordinating food orders, handling mail, supporting vendor relationships, and assisting with general office duties. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is an on-site role based out of our Chicago office three days a week — Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. There will be times (company events, etc.) that call for additional hours, and we ask that you’re able to accommodate that when needed.
This role is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.
