Job summary

Southern Wisconsin Foods in Wisconsin-Union Grove seeks an Office Communications Associate in the Communication Center to provide customer service support for IT programs, phone lines, scheduling, and related tasks. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with residents, staff, and the public.

You will assist with fleet and driver eligibility procedures, emergency operations, and confidential information handling.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating with internal and external customers by phone, email, or in person.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.). An Excel test will be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support regarding IT programs, telephone, TMA, Indeavor/Scheduling inquiries.
• Complete program-related tasks for SWC related to fleet vehicles and driver eligibility procedures.
• Assist with emergency operations and other campus resources.
• Build solid working relationships with residents, employees, supervisors, administration and the public; handle inquiries
• Work all shifts, including some weekends; schedule and hours based on facility needs.
