Job summary

BOSCH Building Technologies North America is seeking an organized Inside Sales Support Administrator to drive operational excellence for the BAS sales team. You will assist with pipeline management, booking processes, project handoffs, and cross-team documentation while ensuring smooth customer support.

The role requires 2 years of MS Office experience, familiarity with building automation concepts, and strong written and verbal communication. Full-time, on-site in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office in an admin/support role.
• Familiarity with Security, Fire Alarm, Access Controls, and Building Automation Systems.
• Experience creating and formatting professional documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Regional Inside Sales Manager on file structure, design, and modification.
• Coordinate with Sales Management on pipeline reports and updates with Sales Professionals.
• Process booking documents and ensure consistent naming conventions.
• Support documentation creation and maintenance to align with company standards.
• Assist in updating workflow documentation for new roles, policies, and customers.
• Facilitate project turnover by notifying relevant teams when a project is booked and a PM is assigned.
