This classification in the Office & Administrative Support Job Family provides office and administrative support to an agency, program, or operational unit. It requires operation of office equipment and knowledge of office processes and diverse clerical functions. This position is in the Property Tax Division of Maine Revenue Services. The role involves contributing to operational, production, and processing needs. It entails complex, varied office support tasks requiring a solid knowledge of modern office practices and equipment. Responsibilities include independent decision-making on processes, information processing, and actions following standard procedures.
Positions in this classification assume all the characteristics and KSA’s of Office Assistant I, II, and Office Associate I.
Experience demonstrating competency in modern office practices, complex support tasks, and independent decision-making, aligned with Office Assistant I, II, and Office Associate I qualifications.
