  • Complete history searches in several software platforms to obtain case history for both internal and external customers.
  • Create physical case files for clients.
  • Sort, log and distribute mail, faxes and electronic correspondence to members of the Social Services staff.
  • Access other software platforms used by the department to aid in verification of information that may not be obtainable through other sources.

The Office Associate position performs clerical work, providing support and assistance in the smooth operation of unit and/or program activities. These positions involve performing a variety of clerical tasks, such as providing customer service, managing documents, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the unit or program. These positions may have substantial interactions with the public. Perform related work as required.

Applicants must possess or have access to reliable transportation. Applicants also must have strong communication skills, both oral and written. Overtime hours may be required. Successful completion of a background check is required for employment.
