Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center is seeking an Office Assistant Float to support clinics with appointment processing, patient check-in/out, and encounter management by phone or in person across the float pool. This full-time role (40 hours/week) offers pay starting at $18.68/hour, based on experience.
A high school diploma is required; duties include billing support, deposits, and general clerical tasks as directed.
Office Assistant Float Job Description Office Assistants are responsible for processing appointments, customer reception, and encounter management of both visits in person and contacts by phone. Processes medical information including, but not limited to, results and encounter documentation that may be electronic or paper. May have primary or back-up responsibility for managing encounter charge posting and clinic billing functions in an accurate and timely manner. Assists with questions regarding their care and service. Performs additional responsibilities as needed by individual clinic/office settings and as directed by Clinic Supervisor or Clinic Director.
