This position is in the General Government Unit (GGU) at a Range 10.
The Division of Workers' Compensation administers the Alaska Workers' Compensation Act and supports the fair, efficient delivery of benefits and services to injured workers, employers, and other stakeholders. This position contributes by ensuring communications and documents reach the appropriate staff promptly and by providing a welcoming, reliable point of contact for the public. Our team values accuracy, helpful service, professionalism, and respect.

This position is located in the Division's Juneau office and works on site at the reception desk during regular business hours. The work is performed in a professional office environment with frequent contact by email, telephone, mail, and in person, along with regular computer-based clerical work; travel is not required.
