Position Overview

Our client is looking for a highly organized and dependable Office Assistant to support daily operations at their San Francisco headquarters. The Office Assistant will be responsible for maintaining an efficient office environment, supporting internal teams, and ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking and being the go-to resource within a team.

Responsibilities Of The Office Assistant

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations.
  • Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor communications.
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting setup, and internal communications.
  • Support HR and Operations teams with document management and onboarding.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Help organize company events, team meetings, and travel logistics.

Required Experience/Skills for the Office Assistant:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Office Assistant:

  • Prior experience as an Office Assistant in a tech or startup environment
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools, video conferencing, and Slack
  • Basic knowledge of office budgeting or vendor management
  • Experience supporting multiple departments simultaneously

Education Requirements:
