Full-Time Administrative/Office Assistant

NYC-Based National Wine and Spirit Importer & Distributor

We are a NYC-based national importer and distributor of boutique French, Italian, and Argentinian wines and spirits, currently seeking a full-time Administrative/Office Assistant.

This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious and creative team of wine-loving professionals. You will work closely with all parties involved in the importation and distribution process—from the winemakers and proprietors whose wines we proudly import and enjoy, to our valued customers across the U.S.

We are looking for a team member who is:

  • Proficient in a wide range of administrative tasks
  • A fast learner, versatile, self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Friendly, thoughtful and highly organized
  • Interested in or knowledgeable about wine (a plus, but not mandatory)

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Operational software such as QuickBooks
  • Photoshop or Pixelmator
  • Mac OS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily office management and organization
  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping
  • Communication with partners, vendors and customers
  • Inventory tracking and general administrative tasks
  • HR, sales and logistics support

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (with some flexibility as needed)

This position requires a highly organized, punctual, detail-oriented and motivated individual. We offer strong career development potential for the right candidate.
